Summer School 2023 - "Production and markets of sparkling wine products"
The Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences (DeFENS) and the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (DiSAA) are starting a Summer School on the "Production and markets of sparkling wine products" in July 2023. The course is specially addressed to the students in the field of Enology and Viticulture and will provide 13 CFU to the participants. The teaching activity include a 175-hour internship at wineries which will be carried out in the months August-September. Additionally, 42 hours lectures with university researches and professionals in the field will be held remotely over the period 1/7/2023-21/7/2023.
